Instructions for Meal Completion
1. If frozen, transfer to refrigerator 1-2 days before serving, thaw completely or until no longer icy.
2. Can be heated in a large sauce pan or bean pot using Medium heat for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
3. Top serving with a tablespoon of shredded cheese.

Instructions for Crockpot Preparation
1. If thawed in refrigerator for 1-2 days, then can place in crockpot on low heat for 2-3 hours.
2. If partially frozen, increase cook time.
